We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Temporary Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our client base in the Spanish market for a period of four months. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the specified timeframe. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused professional looking to make a significant impact in a short period.

Tonickx is an innovative family business, based in Belgium, where a passionate and enthusiastic team designs and produces women's clothing. Our designs are distributed to retailers & national and international fashion brands. Our designs are produced in our own workshops near Europe, which allows us to react quickly to the latest fashion trends in a very sustainable way.

The Sales Account manager is responsible for sales and business development to accelerate growth and customer satisfaction for the Spanish Tonickx client portfolio. The position has the following activities as main responsibilities:


  • Open new customers or departments at existing customers;

  • Analysis of the brand and its competition in order to offer a good product. Both in terms of quality and garments;

  • Think of a good strategy at commercial and design level to capture new customers;

  • Increase customer loyalty;

  • Lead the negotiations with clients;

  • Constantly study the trends and the market to be able to offer new and fashionable items to our customers;

  • Final supervision and quality control of everything delivered to our customers in Spain;

  • Carrying out commercial trips;

  • Working with Tonickx internal software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field;

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or relevant role in the Spanish market;

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;

  • Solid experience with MS Office;

Ability & skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English;

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;

  • Highly motivated and target-driven;

  • A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges and market dynamics.
